How this journey came to life
In 2024, Meera & Zaira, two soul sisters from Indian, Kenyan, and British backgrounds, crossed paths at an intimate Kirtan (concert) in Rishikesh. We bonded over our craving for deeper connections and Jalebi (Indian dessert), and ended up traveling India together for five magical weeks. Our journey through Rishikesh, Dharamshala, Amritsar, and Vrindavan was not just about the stunning landscapes and sacred spaces; it was about the communities we encountered, the ancient spiritual practices we learned, the creative mastery we engaged with and the soul nourishing friendships we forged. It was more than just a trip—it was a deep, shared experience of healing, joy, spiritual renewal and an awakening of infinite possibilities.
By the end of it, we knew we couldn’t keep this journey to ourselves…
